Painter by divine inspiration, actress and writer by passion, teacher by devotion and traveler by thrust of the soul. Italian by origin and citizen of the world by spirit of freedom, as mistyc soul I grew up between Spain and Italy, travelling around the world. ./..

I attended Brera Fine Arts Accademy and Theatre with some of the most important masters of the international scene: Kuniaki Ida, Mamadou Dioume, Yoshi Oida, Bruce Myers, Beatrice Libonati, Giuseppe Perruccio. My passion for inner transmutation, expansion of being and spirituality led me to meet different ways and masters on the awakening path. ./..

As sufism, taoism, buddhism, christianity lover, I combined the exploration of body, mind, emotions, energy and spirit, studying, experimenting and practicing directly with some of following ways creators: yoga, meditation, spiritual and energetic medicine (Barbara Brennan) qigong, taj chi and Taoist meditation (Mantak Chia, Dr Chang, Water Street), spiritual vocal coaching with Liz Dixon (Orson Welles and Margaret Thatcher vocal coach), Karmic regressions (Rich Phillips), nutrition (Elizabeth Gray Gibaud). ./..

Some of the teachers who inspired and still inspire me: Giuseppe Perruccio, Tommy and Flame Petersson, Eckhart Tolle, Thich Nhat Hahn, Shiva Rea, Kia Miller, Deepak Chopra, Oprah Winfrey, Jim Carrey, Mooji, Christie Marie Sheldon, Rick Philipps, Marianne Williamson, Gabrielle Bernstein. I feel art and spirit coming from the same source: that eternal space, deep silence of the Being, from which all creation is born. My works are the center, the Here and Now, the place out of time and space where matter becomes spirit, reunifies with the One. My art represents the 'essence’, all that is invisible, untangible for the rational mind, but is totally dazzling, passionating and exciting for the perception of the heart, the intuition of the Spirit. ./..

My art purpose is to open the heart to love, to the "divine consciousness" higher vibration, illuminating the space through a deep introspection, to inspire peace and bliss. When I create I use vision, perception and intuition, experiencing a continuous connection to the creative source. ./..

Some of my artworks are custom made for the clients to transform, harmonize and expand the interior and exterior space in which they live. My art is also at service of the most different professionals, who use it as helping tool in their fields.This is the idea behind Space Clearing ArtWorks. Interior designers, architects and experts of Feng Sui use my works integrating them in the interiors they design. ./..

I have worked alongside some of the greatest masters on the international scene in theater, film and art fields. I believe that art in all its forms and manifestations is an immediate and powerful way to reach God, leading us to transmutation. I exhibited in some of the most important art cities in the world: Milan, Rome, Bologna, Paris, New York, Miami, Los Angeles. I am currently represented by Agora Gallery - New York and Saatchi Art Gallery - worldwide. ./..

Artists that collaborate with me on some of my projects are: LM Gilberti - photographer, Andrea Roggi - sculptor, Cumino - music and Fanny Abbà - visual director for "REBORN". Ferdinando Cioffi as photographer for " Golden Virtues ". I’ve created ”BreathLife", an audio/video meditation program with a series of powerful meditations that guide you to find light, truth, energy and lucidity in daily life. I'am author of " Art transforms You ", a live event where I guide you to get in touch and express your true voice through art. MindValley/Omnama I wrote "More creative in 18 minutes”, an audio meditation to increase creativity and inspiration in daily life. ./..

Love, Passion, Art and Beauty transform the world", therefore I created "AMAWearArt" by Sarah Arensi (Wearing Art) a line of accessories - scarves and bags, eco-friendly-high quality products, made in Italy inspired by my artwork ; "Because wearing art and beauty can become an enriching spiritual experience to elevate the soul and expand the spirit."
